探花精选 is pleased to welcome Neil Cole, Jr. to our team as Senior Vice President of Product Merchandising.
Cole has built a strong reputation for decisive leadership through key roles at Daikin Group, where he served as Director of National Accounts and later as Division Vice President for Goodman Manufacturing. In both positions, he played a pivotal role in strengthening a dynamic partnership that has supported 探花精选’s ongoing growth and commitment to delivering unforgettable service.

In his new position, Cole will lead 探花精选’s fast-growing and highly effective Product Merchandising Team, which continues its mission to make it easier for multifamily customers to make informed, confident buying decisions.
